Shipping & Delivery
Definitions
The following words will have the following meanings wherever they appear in these terms and conditions: « Society » refers to The SDG Bag. The term « customer » means a client or patron of the company. Any agreement between the Company and the Customer for the sale of products is referred to as « Contract ».
Payment
Payments will be pre-authorized at the time of placing the order. No goods will be shipped without payment. As our bags are made especially for you, the payment will be taken from the payment method chosen during your order. We use Shopify's secure payment gateways; they manage the transaction on our behalf and as such, we do not have access at any time to the full details of your payment method, with the exception of your address which is necessary for us to execute your order. We do not store credit card details and we do not share customer details with third parties.
Delivery time
When your order is in stock, we will ship it quickly. We use DHL for all deliveries. We will send you an e-mail with your tracking information as soon as your bag is ready to be shipped. This will allow you to track the progress of your bag as it moves towards you.
Once a purchase has been shipped, it should usually arrive at your home between three and seven working days later.
Announcements
Customs duties, import duties and taxes on your order will be at your expense. In addition, some orders may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs or delays and cannot predict what they can be. In this unlikely circumstance, we suggest you follow your package through DPD Local and contact your local customs office for more information.
Cancellations or returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after the date of receipt of the order. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of shipment of the goods. In this case, all refunds exclude shipping costs, customs and import duties, unless an error has been made by us. For full information on exchanges and returns, please visit our return page here.
Claims
Claims arising from goods damaged, delayed or partially lost during transport must be submitted in writing to The SDG Bag within seven working days of delivery. The SDG bag shall have a fair opportunity to investigate any claim made under this Agreement, and the customer shall, if requested in writing or orally by the SDG bag, promptly return any goods that are the subject of any claim, as well as all packaging materials, to The SDG Bag for review. These items must be carefully packaged and followed.
Liability
The SDG bag would offer the customer a refund of its goods in addition to shipping costs if the customer can provide proof that one of the goods was not delivered, that it was delivered damaged or that it was not of the correct quantity. .
